Now is the winter of our discontent, Made glorious summer by this son of York, And all the clouds that loured upon our house, In the deep bosom of the ocean buried. Now are our brows bound with victorious wreaths, Our bruised arms hung up to monument, Our stern alarum changed to merry meetings, Our dreadful marches to delightful measures.

Two households, both alike in dignity, In fair Verona, where we lay our scene, From ancient grudge break to new mutiny, Where civil blood makes civil hands unclean. From forth the fatal loins of these two foes, A pair of star-crossed lovers take the life, Whose misadventured piteous overthrow Doth with their death bury their parents' strife. The fearful passage is their death-marked love, And the continuance of their parents rage, Which but their children's end naught could remove, Is the two hours' traffic of our stage. The which, if you with patient ears attend, What shall miss here, our toil shall strive to mend. ... (Two hours later) A glooming peace this morning with it brings, The sun, for sorrow, will not show his head. Go hence, to have more talk of these sad things. Some shall be pardoned, and some punished, For never was a story of more woe, Than this of Juliet and her Romeo.

So oft it chances in particular men That for some vicious mole of nature in them— As in their birth (wherein they are not guilty, Since nature cannot choose his origin), By the o'ergrowth of some complexion, Oft breaking down the pales and forts of reason, Or by some habit that too much o'erleavens The form of plausive manners—that these men, Carrying, I say, the stamp of one defect, Being nature's livery or fortune's star, Their virtues else (be they as pure as grace, As infinite as man may undergo) Shall in the general censure take corruption From that particular fault. The dram of evil Doth all the noble substance of a doubt To his own scandal. (Hamlet, Act 1, Scene 4) **** Sylvia, This is what I was talking about.

Sylvia, In all these cases I have been talking about, China's superiority is the very cause of China's own undoing. It is the core part of Shakespeare's tragedies, that heroes, due to the failure of overcoming the inherent flaws in their own nature, oft fall short of what they would otherwise might have accomplished. This may explain part of what I said on 786 楼.

Sylvia, I am not sure if you have noticed. When the issue between China and India arose, I made a prediction about how it would end or at least calm down. You know what? it did exactly as I had predicted. I attribute this to my reading of Shakespeare's works and some good lucks.

Sylvia, Sometimes I wonder if all other restaurant would have to run for cover and eventually close up for good once my 红烧肉铺子 is open for business. This mere idea alone scares me and thus gives me pause. Unlike 一路一带,taking no prisoner is not my style, and in my opinion, nor the proper way to treat people and the world.

Don‘t really know, the food critics said it‘s good, but he says yummy to all the food he put on the program. It‘s a bit oily to me, but you love 红烧肉,so you might like it.

Sylvia, What about Champs the chicken? I don't think I have ever tried it before. Or I might have yet cannot recall.

This Champs is a chicken fast food that introduced on a TV food program. Not Champs the boots. A friend of mine said Kevin Spacey got a gay face which I kind of agree. Chinese got a long gay cultural history, I could never know the reason behind this mystery interest but I do think there must be reasons for it. It used to be behind doors, as people were told it‘s a shameful doing. Alan Turing, to name one. By the way, The Imitation Game indeed is a very good film.
